Searching for co-creative interview partners from the hospitality industry
Co-Creation Best Practice Master ThesisPublished June 10, 2011 at 11:43 2 CommentsWhat is a thesis without some interesting practical examples? Not too much. That’s why I am looking for hotels, hotel chains, hotel supplier, hotel employees, even hotel guest who experienced some kind of co-creation during the last years.
If you participated in co-creative activities, meaning that you developed something (product, service or concepts) together with your customer(s), suppliers or engaged your employees to be part of some innovation process, please let me know. It would be even more helpful, if you would be willing to share your experience with me (and the people reading my blog) in an interview or through information (e.g. presentations, documentations, videos…).

I just got of the phone with Wouter Staal, the Sr. Global Marketing Manager of Philips Hotel TV, who initiated a co-creation project for the introduction of a new product range of hotel TVs. Philips Hotel TV is running a different than usual strategy on product development and introduction for their “Media Suite”. It is co-created with an expert team of six people from all kinds of backgrounds across Europe. The team consists of Philips’ Hotel TV customers as well as experts from hospitality, IT and payment technology. The “Media Suite” product range is about to be released in Q4 this year.
